Open for Business!

After many months of planning and construction,  a vital stage in School’s strategic plan to transform the sporting facilities at BGS was completed today – the redevelopment of the Mitchell Oval. And it didn’t take too long for news of the Mitchell Oval’s opening to spread! Within moments of the recess and lunch bells ringing today, boys and Staff flocked to the oval – some were keen just to stand around and enjoy the space while others were a little more physical starting up some ball games. Whatever their reason for visiting the Mitchell Oval today, it is clear that our boys and Staff will enjoy this outstanding facility for many years to come.
