Payable in three instalments (by 30 January, 20 April and 15 July), the current scale of fees is as follows:

There will be additional billings during Terms 3 and 4 when supplementary charges will be levied for activities such as Cadets, Labertouche Camp, Music extras or private Music tuition.
Late Fee
Accounts for fees and charges not paid in full by the due date may be charged a Late Fee as fixed by the School Council from time to time (currently 10% p.a.).
Application Fee
$110, including GST.
Confirmation of Enrolment (per family) $1,000, non refundable. See Clause 2.3 of the Business Notice & General Regulations.
Other Charges
The School always endeavours to avoid passing on additional costs to parents without prior notice. Additional costs known in advance include:
- Cadets: Annual Charge: $450
- St.John Cadets: Annual Charge: $350
- Duke of Edinburgh Award: Annual Charge: $220-$330, depending on level – Gold, Silver or Bronze.
- Cadets and Duke of Edinburgh / St.John and Duke of Edinburgh Annual Charge: $400-$500
- School Camps: $400 - $600 (depending on year level and activities).
- Community Landscaping/Military Band/Toy Making Annual Charge: $150
- Music: Individual instrumental tuition (optional). Details available from the Music School .
Notes:
1. Payment of a Year's Fees in Advance
The School offers a fee reduction to parents who pay the full year's tuition fees before the commencement of Term 1. The reduction applicable to the prepayment of annual net fees is currently 2%.
Parents are asked to write to our Business Manager if they wish to arrange to pay the fees in this manner
2. Brothers Concession
The Brothers Concession is applicable to families who have two or more boys attending the School at the same time:
- First brother 10% concession on net tuition fees
- Second brother 25% concession on net tuition fees
- Third brother 50% concession on net tuition fees
3. Joint Firbank Grammar School Concession
A 5% fee concession is available to families who also have a daughter enrolled at Firbank Grammar School and are not receiving other fee assistance (e.g. scholarship or Brothers Concession from Brighton Grammar School ).
4. Payment of Fees and Other Charges
The School will accept payment by cash, cheque, BPAY, direct debit or credit card (Mastercard, Visa and American Express only).
Payment by credit card may be made at the Senior School Accounts Office, or by mail or telephone. Payment by credit card will attract a processing fee of 0.7% for Visa and Mastercard and 1.5% for American Express.
Direct debit forms are available from the Accounts Office. Parents can also directly deposit funds (via internet banking) into the School's bank account using the following details:

Parents who wish to make scheduled payments throughout the year (including deductions against credit cards) should speak with our Business Manager.

2. Application Fee
An Application Fee of $110 (including GST) must accompany each Application for Admission form. This fee is non refundable.
3. Confirmation of Enrolment Fee
A Confirmation of Enrolment Fee of $1,000 is payable when a place is offered. This fee is non refundable.
4. Overseas Students' Health Cover
Currently $370, this must be paid before a Confirmation of Enrolment form is issued.
5. Offer of a Place and Payment of the First Billing
A Confirmation of Enrolment fee of $1,000, the Health Cover(OHSC) Levy of $370 and the first billing of tuition fees are payable when the offer of a place at the School is made.
6. The First Billing
The first billing will be made during Term 4 of the preceding year, and is payable by the end of that academic year.
7. The Second Billing
The second billing is in May and is payable three weeks later.
8. Incidental Charges
Incidental charges, e.g. stationery, books, excursions, camps, etc. are chargeable as they occur throughout a year.
9. Late Fees
Consistent with our current Business Regulations (Clause 4.3.1), the School may apply a late fee on amounts outstanding after 60 days from the date of the account. The Late Fee will be 10% on outstanding balances, calculated daily.
