First impressions count
We believe the BGS uniform represents a proud and honourable organisation. It symbolises the tradition, respect, and achievement of the past and current staff and boys of Brighton Grammar School. As each boy in his uniform is representing our School we believe it is important that the uniform is always neat and clean, never shabby or sloppy. Our School is judged by the way the uniform is worn, so boys are expected to wear it correctly with a sense of pride.
Boys must wear School uniform when visiting the School on weekends or for School functions unless specifically instructed otherwise.
Boys wear winter uniform from the commencement of Term 2 until the end of Term 3.
Badges, wrist band, rings, earrings and insignia of outside organisations are not to be worn with School uniform.
Hair is expected to be worn above the collar, and tidy.
Where do I buy the School uniform?
All school uniform requirements for the ELC, the Junior School, Rosstrevor and the Senior School can be purchased through Noone Imagewear, the official uniform supplier to Brighton Grammar.
The School Uniform Shop is located in the Borwick House building of the Junior School.
Opening Hours
The School Uniform Shop is open each school day between 12.00pm and 4.15pm. The shop is also open during some holiday periods and times can be, ascertained by contacting Brighton Schoolwear by telephone on (03) 8591 2289. Click here to download further details regarding opening hours.
The Second Hand Uniform Shop, run by the Rosstrevor and Senior School Parent Support Group, also stocks many of the items detailed below.
