So many ways you can give to BGS
On-line Giving
Giving on-line is quick, convenient and secure. As a donor of the School you can choose what you would like to support and to what level. We welcome your donation
Automatic Monthly Giving
A new opportunity that exists to support Brighton Grammar School is to make a small monthly gift every month that is automatically deducted from your credit card.
By giving each month you can support the School to the level you want without it affecting your current financial circumstances. Providing on-going support in this way reduces our administration costs and allows the School to confidently plan ahead, knowing those funds are available.
We will keep you informed about how you are helping and at the end of each financial year we will mail you a receipt that summarises your tax deductible donations.

Pledged Giving
If you are interested in making a larger donation to the School, we welcome your gift being given on an annual or twice annual basis over three or four years. To organise this, you would complete a pledged gift form available from the Development Office or on line and then we would send you a reminder letter at the time you nominate to let you know when your next gift is due.
Parent Giving with Fees
An easy and convenient way you can help us realise projects that will have a direct and immediate impact on your son is to include a donation with each fee instalment. A small gift at this time, along with the gifts of most other parents, quickly adds up to make a significant difference to our boys.
Cash, Credit Card, Cheque
For your convenience we can accept donations made by cash, cheque and credit card (Amex, Mastercard or Visa). If you wish to make a cash donation we would recommend you drop it off at the Development Office or School Reception. Cheque donations can be posted or delivered in person.
Credit card donations can be made at anytime online, by ringing the Donation Hotline during business hours on 03 8591 2271 or in person. Make a donation online now
Bequests - Giving through your Will
A bequest in your will is perhaps the easiest and least painful way to make a significant gift to the School. Learn more about Bequest Giving
Assets – Gifts of property, shares
You don’t have to use cash to make a gift.
You can give an asset you no longer need or want. Gifts of property or shares are most welcome and may be realised or added to the BGS Endowment Fund Share Portfolio. Such gifts allocated to the BGS Building Fund or BGS Scholarship Fund are tax deductible.
