2023 Winter Appeal

A Community Service student initiative

As Melbourne goes through another cold winter and we rug up in our cosy homes and beds, spare a thought for those who are homeless. 

This year we’re raising funds for The Good Box, an Australian charity and social enteprise who provide packaged boxes filled with essential items such as food and hygiene products to people experiencing homelessness. 

The BGS Winter Appeal – ‘BGS for The Good Box‘ commences 1 August and runs throughout the month with various activities, including an annual winter sleepout to be held on Friday 18 August 2023.
