To help you stay active and to keep up your football skills while you are at home we have created some drills for you

All drills are designed to be completed with a family member and can be done in a confined space such as your backyard.

When working through the drills look to challenge yourself by setting targets. For example with the wall kick try and get 5 in a row and build up to 20.

With all the hands drills you can challenge yourself by putting time limits on what you are doing.
