All drills are designed to be completed with a family member and can be done in a confined space such as your backyard.
When working through the drills look to challenge yourself by setting targets. For example with the wall kick try and get 5 in a row and build up to 20.
With all the hands drills you can challenge yourself by putting time limits on what you are doing.
