Home Workout Warm Up

Here is a great warm-up you can do before doing a home workout in the back yard. The exercises in the order of the video are:

  • Calf Pumps
  • World’s Greatest Stretch (ensure you rotate up towards your knee)
  • Thoracic Extensions
  • Glute Bridge
  • Bent Over Fly (you can use a couple of cans of soup if you do not have light weights)

Your prescription for this warm-up is

  • 2 sets
  • 10 repetitions of each exercise (Do each side for world’s greatest stretch)
  • Once completed go and enjoy your session
