Breakfast with the Hunters: 16 August

Growing up in a family business

Jeff Hunter knows a thing or two about entrepreneurship. Along with his sons James (OB1999), Luke (OB2002) and Tim (OB2003), and daughters Natalie and Madeline, he has developed Hunter Products into one of Australia’s leading importers of toys and sporting goods.

It’s now a thriving global operation. But it hasn’t all been smooth sailing.

In an attempt to broaden its customer base, the company has gone through a significant shift in strategy over the past five years – with some surprising outcomes.

What are the Hunter family’s keys to success? What lessons have they learnt along the way? What are the challenges in a family business when siblings work together? And what’s next?

Join us for breakfast to discover the answers and to hear more about the Hunters’ fascinating journey combining family and business.
