BGS App Upgrade
A new version of the BGS app will be released on Monday 8 December, featuring Clipboard to manage Secondary School APS sport teams, fixtures, and communications.
All parents will need to update the BGS App on their device on or after Monday 8 December 2025 to access the new version which will allow parents to access existing features of the BGS app as well as:
- receive instant updates when sport schedules change or notices go out
- receive notifications of any cancelled trainings/matches
- view an up-to-date calendar of all activities in one place including locations and arrival times
- view bus details for required away fixtures
- view absences and attendance, with alerts for missed sessions.
This new version of the app is designed to provide parents with timely, centralised access to all information and updates in one location.
