A dual AFL premiership player, former captain of the Collingwood Football Club and the VFL/AFL games record holder, Scott is widely regarded as one of the game’s most respected leaders. Across a career spanning more than 20 seasons at the highest level, he has demonstrated exceptional consistency, resilience and performance, earning widespread admiration throughout the sporting community.

Drawing on his experiences in elite sport, Scott will share insights into leadership, teamwork, decision-making under pressure and the habits that underpin sustained success.
