Cycle Fit A spin class like no other. This class has been based off work to rest ratios of some of your favourite cycling events such as the tour de France, to give extra context and enjoyment to the classes. This is a class for all abilities and ages, come down and test yourself in our world class spin studio, this is a class not to be missed.

Stronger Fitter Faster HIIT An anaerobic and aerobic conditioning session expertly designed for people of all abilities. The session uses cardio equipment and exercises you will learn in strength for life, but in a more high-intensity manner. If you’re looking to improve your overall health and fitness this class could be the one for you.

Strength for Life This weight training session designed by our expert strength and conditioning coaches for people of all abilities. The aim of this class is to use strength and conditioning techniques to ensure you are strong for what your life demands. This can be being strong for the kids, strong for sport or just strong for the activities you love to do. Whatever your motivation come and give this class a go.

Intro to Strength for Life An introductory Strength and Conditioning Class for beginners who want to get active in the weight room. This class is designed by our expert coaches and centred on getting you strong for riggers of daily life. This class is aimed to be a fun, engaging and comfortable environment for those nervous about entering the weight room.

Yoga A steady-paced class that focuses on balance and core strength while developing flexibility and fostering relaxation. Suitable for all levels, including beginners. 

Fighting Fit Boxing aimed to improve your aerobic and anaerobic fitness. This class takes boxing drills and movements and puts them in a fun and challenging environment. Boxers are some of the fittest athletes in the world and this class will certainly leaving you wanting more.

NOTE: To participate in this class you must bring your own boxing gloves (and pads if you have them)

*Yoga is held in the Wellbeing Centre, on the corner of New St and Allee St.
**Our university-qualified Trainers can adjust classes to suit all fitness and skill levels.

What is a BGS Community Member

**You qualify as a BGS community member if you are:

  • A parent, guardian, grandparent or sibling (over 18 years) of a current BGS student
  • A prospective parent or guardian (must have a paid registration)
  • A past parent or guardian
  • An Old Boy (over 18 years, or not yet 18 but having completed Year 12)
  • A BGS donor or spouse of a donor (over 18 years)
  • A BGS staff member (full-time, part-time or casual) or spouse.
