Indoor Cycling – A high-energy class for all-over conditioning. You’ll burn calories, improve your cardio performance, increase muscle definition, strengthen your core and enhance your mental strength. Ideal for all levels of fitness and experience. 

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) – A lung-busting circuit that focuses on strength, endurance and dynamic whole-body exercises. It will push you to your cardiovascular limits while improving your strength and power.

Superset Circuit  (Strength and Conditioning) A circuit to develop core strength and promote effective whole-body movement patterns. It will give you the foundations of a high-performance athlete.

Olympics  (Strength and Technique) Power, strength and balance are the key to lifting an Olympic barbell. This class will teach you how to lift using the whole body and also provide a cardio workout.

Yoga – A steady-paced class that focuses on balance and core strength while developing flexibility and fostering relaxation. Suitable for all levels, including beginners. 

*Yoga is held in the Wellbeing Centre, on the corner of New St and Allee St.

What is a BGS Community Member

**You qualify as a BGS community member if you are:

  • A parent, guardian, grandparent or sibling (over 18 years) of a current BGS student
  • A prospective parent or guardian (must have a paid registration)
  • A past parent or guardian
  • An Old Boy (over 18 years, or not yet 18 but having completed Year 12)
  • A BGS donor or spouse of a donor (over 18 years)
  • A BGS staff member (full-time, part-time or casual) or spouse.
