Come along and enjoy this fabulous biennial night out for the BGS community and raise funds for The Leukaemia Foundation.
3 BOOKING OPTIONS
Book as a table of 12 using a TABLE CAPTAIN NAME.
Full payment for the entire table will be due at time of booking.
OR
Book as an individual or small group and nominate your TABLE CAPTAIN NAME.
OR
You’re welcome to book as an individual or with a small group without having a table captain. Feel free to let us know if there’s someone you’d like to sit near. If you’re not sure who to sit with, we will endeavour to seat you with others from your year level.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is there a deadline to book tickets?
Bookings close Monday 18 August but please note – past Pink Dinners have sold out extremely quickly. We suggest you book as soon as possible to avoid missing out.
Can I choose my seat / table?
If you have a group of people you would like to sit with you can nominate them at the time of booking. It is possible to book a table of 12, or a smaller group or individual ticket. We will do our best to seat you near your selected year level or nominated people. Seating plans will be available on the night.
I am a table captain but don’t have all of the names yet.
Please enter as many names as possible at the time of booking and your name for the unknown attendees. Please let us know as soon as you have the remaining names via email. All names must be provided by Monday 18 August.
Is there a formal dress code?
The Pink Dinner is a night of fun for the BGS community. There is no official dress code, although in the past most attendees have worn formal attire. Our theme this year is Feathers, Diamonds and Pearls – so feel free to wear a touch or go all out.
What if I have more than 12 people I want to sit with?
Unfortunately, due to restrictions at the venue, the maximum number of guests per table is 12. If you have a group larger than 12, we suggest you split your booking into two (or more) and we will endeavour to sit your groups near each other.
Can I make dietary requests at the time of booking?
Yes, there will be an option for each person to select dietary requirements at time of booking.
I no longer have a child at Brighton Grammar; can I still attend?
Yes, we would love all of our Brighton Grammar community to join in the fun. Current and past staff, past parents and friends in our wider community.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations will not be accepted after Monday 18 August. Should you need to cancel prior to this date, please contact us via email.
If you’re no longer able to attend after the cutoff date, you’re welcome to pass your ticket on to someone else. Please arrange payment with them directly and let us know their name so we can update the registration details.
