Join us for this term’s BGS Business Breakfast, featuring entrepreneurial powerhouse Simon McNamara (OB 1990), whose career has helped shape some of Australia’s most recognisable brands.

Simon began his career at Deloitte before stepping boldly into entrepreneurship. Swapping boardrooms for blenders, he founded Viva Juice, expanding the business to 24 stores before its sale and rebrand as Boost Juice. Remaining on as CEO, he led the brand through a significant period of rapid growth.

A founding shareholder in Grill’d, Simon played a key role in supporting fellow Old Boy Simon Crowe in establishing the now-iconic burger chain.

In 2012, Simon co‑founded BOUNCEinc, serving as Global CEO and growing the Australian-born business into 50 adrenaline playgrounds across eight countries. He continues to serve on the board following his transition from the CEO role in 2024.

Today, Simon focuses on mentoring emerging entrepreneurs through a small number of fast-growing ventures.
