Ministry of Art: Charity Art Show & Silent Auction

Join us on Thursday 22 August, from 6.00pm to 9.00pm for the Ministry of Art Charity Art Show and Silent Auction held at the Ministry of Art, 15 Advantage Road Highett.

With artworks from BGS Art students showcased alongside pieces from other Bayside schools, professional artists and community members, our talented students have crafted stunning works based on the colour palette ‘blue,’ for this exhibition celebration.

Exhibiting students include Ge Gao (Year 7); Sihan Meng, Bill Wang and Thomas Zhuang (Year 8); George Williams and Lachlan Korsa (Year 9); Matvey Kononchuk (Year 10); Corey Dow (Year 11).

Attendees will have the opportunity to bid on these students’ artworks in a silent auction, with all proceeds supporting a Headspace initiative dedicated to young people’s mental health.

This fundraiser is spearheaded by Andrew Rutter, Director of the Ministry of Art, President of the Old Brighton Grammarians’ Society and a Past Parent of our school.

Enjoy refreshments and live music throughout the evening, ensuring a fun-filled event for all.
