Deputy Headmaster, Head of the Crowther CentreLast week, to coincide with Men’s Mental Health week, we ran the inaugural +M Plunge. Thirty-five brave boys donned their +M beanies and plunged into the icy waters of Port Phillip Bay, side by side, at dawn. The physical challenge served as a reminder that during cold and dark times, reaching out to a mate can help you move through life’s challenges, and the sun will always rise.
The euphoria after the plunge was palpable, and the boys were on a high for remainder of the day.
Special mention to Linc and Mason, from Year 5 who were our youngest plungers.
We hope that you have a terrific break and return in Term 3 refreshed and ready for another fun and busy term.
