Deputy Headmaster, Head of the Crowther CentreOne of the highlights early in Term 3 is our subject information night for boys and parents from Years 8, 9 and 10. As the boys cast their minds to the pointy end of their secondary education, they are invited to consider various pathways among the many options available to them.
As boys progress through secondary school, more choices become available to them, and we know that choice and agency are important for maintaining motivation as they consider their next steps.
It was terrific to see teachers, parents and boys asking lots of questions, and we are grateful to our current year 11 and 12 boys who were present on the night to share insights from a student perspective.
As always, please reach out if you have any particular areas you are interested in hearing more about.
