Be part of our team

There is a great team culture at BGS.

We care for each other, have high expectations of each other, are accountable to each other and are committed to the very best outcomes possible for the boys.

Our teachers…

Our teaching staff are widely respected for their deep understanding of boys’ education.
They are here because they understand boys. They know to get the best outcomes for every boy you really need to know the students and so part of the role is to also be actively involved in cultural, pastoral, and sporting aspects of the School.

Why we love working at BGS

A recognised strength of working at BGS is the way all staff are actively encouraged to continue their own growth as professionals though investing in staff professional development.
