Mark Comport was a student at a BGS who sadly passed away while in Year 6. His family, established a scholarship at the school in his name, with the first recipient being Dylan Alcott OAM who was able to complete his schooling at BGS from Year 6.
A fitting tribute to Mark’s memory, has been the exceptional man that Dylan has become, and now through the generosity of the Dylan Alcott Foundation, the Scholarship is able to live on providing a BGS education to other boys with a physical disability.

- Has a significant physical disability such as paralysis
Value
All scholarships are at the discretion of the Headmaster and cover a percentage of the tuition fees. This scholarship does not cover:
- The cost of books, stationery or uniforms
- Consolidated charge
- Discretionary charges such as overseas trips.

Duration
The scholarship will continue for the length of time the student is in the school
