Run challenge for mental health

Students unite for Movember

A committed group of Year 11 students have formed a run crew in support of Movember.

The students have taken the lead and challenge to run 2000km during November to raise funds for men’s mental health, a cause close to Brighton Grammar’s heart with our work in the Positive Masculinity space.

Some runs during the month will be together, some will be solo, but all runs will be a time to reflect on why we need to support each other and our own mental health.

Research shows just how much physical activity benefits our current state of mind so we wish the TonnersRun2000 crew well. You can support them to reach their goal by donating here.
